Method

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet set over medium-high. Add the onion, carrot, cabbage and garlic and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in the remaining ingredients, except the green onions, and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes, or until well heated through. Toss in the green onions and serve.
