Method

Place all the ingredients, except the crab and green onions in wok or very large skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add the crab and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook 4 to 5 minutes more, turning occasionally, or until the crab is heated through and nicely coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with the green onions and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with steamed rice and ice-cold beer, such as Tiger brand beer from Singapore. It's available at most liquor stores.
