Place all the ingredients, except the crab and green onions in wok or very large skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add the crab and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook 4 to 5 minutes more, turning occasionally, or until the crab is heated through and nicely coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with the green onions and serve.
