Method

Preheat oven to 200˚F. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium–high. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or a little longer if you like steaks could past medium rare. Set steaks on a heatproof plate and set in the oven. 


Drain oil from skillet, and then pour in wine or stock. Bring it to a simmer and reduce by half. Add the soup, return to a simmer, and cook 2 minutes, until sauce like. Add any steak juices on the plate to the sauce. 


Set a steak on each of 4 plates, top with sauce and enjoy. Serve steak with potatoes and your favourite vegetables.
