Place a skillet over medium heat. Add one of the pita and cook 3 minutes, or until lightly toasted on the bottom. Remove pan from the heat and turn the pita over. Spread the toasted side of the pita with pizza sauce. Now top pizza with cheese and desired toppings.

Set skillet back over the heat, cover tightly, and cook 3 to 5 minutes more, or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted. Remove pizza from the skillet, cut into wedges and enjoy. Now cook and enjoy the second pita as you did the first.

Note: Greek-style (also called souvlaki) pita is available in our Deli Department. They have no pocket and make a great base for pizza. Pizza sauce is available
in the aisle canned tomato sauce is sold.
