Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Place the all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine. Spread pecans in one layer on parchment-lined or non-stick baking pan. Roast 20 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly toasted. Cool to room temperature. Store in a tight sealing container until ready to devour. The taste of these nuts richens with a day or 2 of aging.
