- Divide and mound garden salad blend on each of 4 plates. Now top with the bacon.
- Artfully top each salad with all remaining ingredients, except dressing.
- Serve the salads and let diners top theirs with ranch dressing, to taste
Note 1: Half of one our whole Deli BBQ chickens will yield the amount of chicken needed for this recipe. To shred, pull the meat off the bone into 2 inches or so long pieces, that are about 1/2 inch wide. Save the other half chicken for another use.

Note 3: To make homemade ranch dressing, combine, in a bowl, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup buttermilk, 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar, 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar, 1 green onion, very thinly sliced, 1 small, minced garlic clove, and salt and pepper, to taste.
