Preheat the grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grill, unless non-stick, and then cook the kebabs 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through. Fill the buns with salad greens. Place a kebab in each of the buns. Remove the wooden skewers. Top the kebabs with the remaining ingredients and serve.
Note: Submarine buns are sold in the bakery department.
