Method

Place the milk in pot over medium heat; heat until hot, but not scalding. Stir occasionally to prevent skin from forming on top, and milk from sticking on the bottom. Stir in the cocoa, sugar and cinnamon and mix until sugar is dissolved and cocoa well incorporated. Pour into mugs and garnish with marshmallows, if desired.
