- Place the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla and spices in a small to medium pot. Set over medium heat, and whisk until foamy and steaming hot (don’t boil).
- Divide the coffee between 2 cups. Pour in milk/pumpkin mixture. Top each latte with whipped cream, if using. Sprinkle the top of each latte with a little ground cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy.
If you can’t have dairy, try making the latte with an equal amount of almond beverage.
