Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Toss in wings. Marinate in the fridge for 4 hours, tossing occasionally. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place leftover marinade in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, and simmer until lightly thickened. Brush mixture on the wings. Bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Divide wings among plates, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
