  1. Place the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Or, place in jar, seal and vigorously shake to combine.  
  2. Steam the broccoli until just tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Arrange broccoli in a serving dish, drizzle with honey lemon dressing, and serve, sprinkle with the toasted almonds. 
Note: A broccoli crown is the top portion of the plant without the stem. They are sold that way in the Produce Department. To toast the almonds, set them in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook, swirling the pan from time to time, until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.

Recipe Options: To make honey orange dressing, replace the lemon zest and juice with orange zest and juice. For added taste and texture, after plating and topping with the dressing, sprinkle the broccoli with 1/4 cup lightly toasted, sliced almonds, or 1/4 cup walnut pieces.
