Method

Whisk together the yogurt and honey, divide and spoon a 1/3 of it into 4 large wine or decorative glasses. Top the yogurt with an equal amount of mango. Top the mango with a 1/3 more of the yogurt. Top the yogurt with an equal amount of sliced strawberries. Top the strawberries with remaining yogurt. Top with sliced bananas and garnish with mint.
