Place the sliced strawberries, mint, sugar and juice in a small pitcher or 2 cup glass-measuring cup. Muddle and mash the berries until coarsely crushed and the sugar is dissolved.
Mix in the rum.
Fill 4 glasses three-quarters full with ice. Divide the rum/strawberry mixture between them. Top up each glass with club soda. Garnish the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and small strawberry, and serve.
