Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 1-inch round balls and place on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking tray. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Make the sauce by heating the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add onion and green pepper and cook 2 minutes. And the remaining sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, and then lower heat until sauce gently simmers. When the meatballs are cooked, drain away fat and then add to the sauce. Adjust seasoning and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these meatballs on a bed of steamed rice or Asian-style noodles. For more fragrant rice, use the long grain jasmine rice sold in our Asian foods aisle.
