- Place mango, honey, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, lemon juice, hot sauce, garlic and salt in small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 8 min., until mango is tender and liquid is syrupy. Cool slightly.
- Transfer to blender and puree until smooth. Sauce can be stored, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days. Serve warm or cooled with prepared Sensations by Compliments Spring Rolls.
Recipe Tip: This sauce is also great as a dip for chicken wings, satays or grilled shrimp.
