Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat the pistachios. 
  2. Spread the pistachios on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the shells of the pistachios are lightly toasted. 
  3. Place the pistachios in a bowl and toss in the cranberries. Cool to room temperature. Store the mixture into a tightly sealing jar until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions

Put a bowl of the pistachios and cranberries out to nibble on while enjoying cocktails.
