Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the noodles don’t cling together. Drain well, cool in cold water, and then drain well again.
Place the teriyaki sauce, oil, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and chili flakes in a large bowl. Add the noodles and remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate salad until needed. Can be made a few hours in advance of serving. Toss the salad again before doing so.
