  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok set over medium-high heat. When very hot, add the pork and cook until nicely seared and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer cooked pork to a bowl. 
  2. Add the vegetables to the hot pan and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and lime juice and bring to a simmer. Return pork to pan, toss to coat with the sauce, heat through 1 minute, and then serve.

Note: Cut and ready to cook packages of veggie stir-fry mix are available in our Produce Department. Sweet Thai-style chili sauce is sold in bottles in our ethnic foods aisle. 

Recipe Options: Instead of pork, make this stir-fry with thin strips of beef sirloin or chicken or turkey breast or thighs. For added richness and some crunch, after cooking, sprinkling this stir-fry, to taste, with coarsely chopped roasted and unsalted peanuts or cashews.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the stir-fry with steamed rice or Asian-style egg or rice noodles. Or, for a three-course Asian-style meal, serve the stir-fry with a couple of other dishes you create from recipes in our website collection, such as Vegetable Fried Rice with Curry, and Ginger Prawns with Broccoli.
