Combine the first 4 ingredients for the steak in a bowl. Add the steak and marinate 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Combine the first 7 ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 45 to 60 seconds, or until just tender. Drain well, cool in ice-cold water, and drain well again. Place the noodles in the bowl with all remaining salad ingredients and toss to combine. Place the salad on a large platter and store in the fridge. Preheat your barbecue to high heat. Grill the steak to the desired doneness; 2 to 3 minutes per side should yield a rare to medium rare steak. Cool the steak a few minutes, and then thinly slice. Arrange the meat on top of the salad and serve.
