Thai-style Fried Rice with Prawns and Basil

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet set over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic and stir-fry 1-2 minutes. Add fish sauce and mix well. Add prawns, rice and peas and heat through. Add remaining ingredients, heating them through and stirring to combine. Spoon on to platter, garnish and serve.

Note: Jasmine rice, which is very fragrant, can be found alongside the other rice sold in-store. Cooked prawns are sold in the seafood department. Fish sauce and oyster sauce are sold in the Asian-food aisle.
