Method

Heat the oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook through. Mix in the onion and bell pepper and cook 2 minutes. Add the snow peas and cook 1 minute more. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes, or until all the ingredients are well heat through. Serve immediately.
