Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the oil and chili powder in a small bowl. Cut tortillas into 1-inch-wide strips, cutting the longer ones in half at an angle. Brush the strips lightly with oil mixture and arrange in a single layer on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt and bake 8-10 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
