Method

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Marinate in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken in a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Spoon leftover marinade over the chicken; season with salt and pepper. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, basting occasionally, or until cooked through.
