Place all ingredients, except garnish, in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed. When ready to serve, sprinkle with parsley, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy. Serve the dip with slices of bread and raw vegetable sticks.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this dip with some homemade crostini that you can spoon and spread it on. To make it, set an oven rack six inches below your broiler. Preheat the broiler to high. Set 20 or so thin slices of baguette on a baking sheet. Lightly brush them with olive oil. Broil the bread until lightly toasted. Cool the crostini a few minutes and they are ready to use.
