Combine the Rumble Supershake and eggs in a large bowl. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a second bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined (don’t worry about a few lumps).
Preheat the oven to 200°F. Preheat a non-stick griddle to medium, medium-high heat. Lightly coat the cooking surface with vegetable oil spray or melted butter. Pour 4" to 5" rounds of batter on the griddle, leaving a 2” space between each pancake. Flip the pancakes when speckled with bubbles on top, about 2 to 3 minutes. Continue cooking until the centre of the pancake springs back when touched, about 1 to 2 minutes more. Keep cooked pancakes warm in the oven until all are done. Serve pancakes topped with such things as warm maple syrup, butter and fresh fruit.
