- Place all ingredients, except coconut milk, in a blender.
- Warm the coconut milk to just below a simmer in a small pot on the stove, or in a bowl in the microwave. Pour hot coconut milk into the blender. Puree mixture until smooth, pour into glasses and serve.
Note: Cultured coconut milk is a yogurt-like product sold in our dairy case. Shake your can of coconut milk well before opening and measuring the amount needed for this recipe. The leftover coconut milk could be frozen to thaw and use at another time.
Recipe Options: Use lite coconut milk instead of regular. Use a flavoured cultured coconut milk, such as vanilla, instead of plain.
