Method

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread baguette slices with goat cheese and place on a baking sheet. Top each with a quartered fresh fig and sprinkle of chopped pistachios. Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through. Cool slightly, and then arrange on a serving tray. Drizzle each crostini with a little honey, garnish with mint, and serve.
