Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight, tossing occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Arrange wings on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and brush with liquid in the bowl. Bake 25 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with any sauce in the pan, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
