Method

Freeze watermelon on a plastic wrap-lined plate until frozen solid. Place in blender with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and light. Pour into a well-chilled glass and garnish with lime and watermelon wedges. Serve immediately. Makes 2 drinks.
